Made some changes due to the new patch reducing Rage Gen by -5 for Shield Slam
Changed Shield Block, to wait for Ignore Pain before applying the buff.

I use this with Wrotation & Grinder, This should provide good Survivability and Threat generation. I myself have used this in dungeon with Wrotation and noticed i didn't need much healing.
This has not been tested on Heroic or Mythic as I'm still leveling. Adjustments will be made when i get to that point, for now it's just a simple tanking Rotation for those that can use.
Note: I have not included a few spells as for safety reasons.. Intercept i prefer to control and also if you click on target within Proximity you'll engage in the fight.
So i kept it out because i do play and like to control some element of a fight and same with the larger CD's like Last Stand, Shield Wall. Never had a problem in the open world farming mobs without them.
