You are correct.  I am looking for a way to use psychic scream when I have a certain number of mobs on me and health hits a certain point.  The health getting to a certain point will be easy but being novice I have not found a way yet to cast when a certain number of mobs is on me.  If anyone reading this has any ideas please let me know.  I've also changed the use of mindbender.  In this first version mindbender is set to be cast when your mana hits 50%.  Since mana is pretty much a non issue while dps'ing I have changed it to be used as often as possible to up the dps.
 
I'd need more detail to be able to help you.  Does it not work at all?  A couple things that come to mind are...
Are you que'ing as dps?  If you are que'ing as healer this will not work.  It was made strictly for solo dps.  
The only other thing I can think that might be a possible reason is that you don't have all the spells at 44 that I have at 100+ and used in the profile.
 

It would be cool if it had options like 'force loot every 5 seconds'
