just make a run entry for each task you want to run... you can put in waits between for after- it can handle the random run times, it can handle wow closes and crashes.  I honestly dont know why people dont run it.

Correct- however i heard blizz did end up scaling lvl 110 to your Ilvl with 7.2.  People on forums were QQ'ing because mobs total health would change depending on what gear they had equipped.  
however lvl 101 mobs stay the same regardless of Ilvl.  In this case my hunter below can kill mobs in 1-2 shots.
Its incredibly efficient skinning / herb.  However any epics that drop are Ilvl 759 and cant really be sold for anything significant.  Also cant farm any lvl 110 content.  All in all, its not bad for a skinner bot  in azsuna, horrible if you want to farm SLR or something like that.

This subject hasn't been directly addressed in a while.  While it is obvious with todays market that Legion herb / skin / mine bots are what will make you the most Gold Per Hour. There inst much to be said on this forum about WoD bots (non legion bots).
The following was based on my server economy and token prices- yours may vary.
$15 USD ( or less if your lucky) isn't much to get started with WoW botting.  Once you start a bot on an account- you essentially say " bye bye " to it... so 15 USD inst bad for a little experiment.  Since the 7.1 banwave rolled in- this is the WoW game I have been playing.
getting started:
This is rough- you want to level as fast as possible. Once you buy the game you have 30 days to scrape together enough gold for the 30 day WoW token.... unless you want to pay $$ for another 30 day sub.  I Honestly struggled here.  I started levelling two bots per account with relogger swapping between them and at ~ lvl 65 trimmed it down to 1 bot per acc with sped things up nicely.  Still, this was just after the 7.1 banwave so i was taking it slow.  It took ~9 out of the 30 days of staggered play to get to lvl 80 (using my horde levelling profile).
Gold farming LVL 80-85
Once you hit lvl 80 you start making some OK gold. You should have ~5K from pre CATA levelling.  In CATA I set the bot to sell EVERTHING with the exception of:
Embersilk Cloth
Volatile Earth
Really... nothing else sold on my Mid Pop Oceanic server AH.  Still the 'man hours' of posting auctions at any level is substantial. I made a few K from lvling, however no-where near the rate that was going to buy me a WoW token at the end of the month.
Gold farming LVL 85-90
Pandaria: there is a LOT of gold to be made here... just at lvl 85 you cant make it yet.  I went the Mining / Herb route and found only Mining was worth a damn.  Even then it was VERY easy to saturate the AH market with botted ores.   http://www.wowhead.com/item=89112/mote-of-harmony is your friend here.  Its 'hard'/tedious to farm so people buy it from the AH and its hovering around 10 gold per mote (100G for a spirit).  motes were easy money- and the mobs drop decent vendor trash too which gives a bump to the GPH.
I hit 90 (bought pandaria flying) and ran Seu's ore gatherer for a night ~6-8 hrs.  Its a seriously good profile which netted me just over 1000 ghost iron ore which I cycled through the AH over a few days.  10K towards the token.
Gold farming 90-98
I Took levelling as a priority in this bracket.  I left the bots in grind loops of mobs that drop http://www.wowhead.com/item=111557/sumptuous-fur .  Sells very stably at ~2g per unit on my server ( thanks to the bag market).  Never had much issue shifting units though the AH on my bank toon.  With the fur and drops bots were running at 600G / hour at this point which was nice.
Gold farming 98-100+
This is where "Meatgut needs needs bones" comes in.  its just like farming sumptuous fur, except each bone is 0.35G.  Most mobs drop 1-3 bones so it bumps up the GPH nicely.  at this point I was running my BM hunter and Feral druid at 550-650 gold per hour.
 
 
In the first month I just scraped by.  Both accounts got their 30 day WoW token @56K gold a pop with a few K to spare.  the next month is looking good as both acc's have a lvl 100 to farm the gold for the next token.  Still im yet to have a substantial 'return on investment' to my main account.

Balance is key here.  unfortunately: balance requires a LOT of human intervention with the bot...  Im currently cycling 4 profiles on each bot on my 2 accounts.  On a good day i may pull in ~ 10K per account while botting 6-8 hours.  On a normal day its in the realm of 5-6K.
I'm lvling up other bots so i can have each bot tied to a specific profile, which will stop me manually swapping profiles. however to do that i will need 3 lvl 100's per account so at this time i just swap the profile out each night.
The 4 profiles im Currently using are
- Isle of giants by XCow.  Easy to farm a few thousand bones and throw them n the AH.  they dont sell quick, but people will often buy them in the 1000's when they do.
- Stonecore goldfarmer by Eeny.  just RAW stable gold.  Even without AH'ing the Embersilk or Volatile fire its 700-800G an hour from boss / vendor trash.
- Meatgut needs Bones- by Droidz.  Once agin easy stable money and very solid AFK-able profile 550-650g/ hour.  More once you factor in putting Sumptuous fur through the AH. 
- Seu's Ore Gatherer- by Suemas.  Solid profile buy cant run 100% of the time due to AH saturation.  I run it once every few days after my Auctions sell.  Amazing GPH, just not sustainable.
 
 
 
Conclusion:
this was a bit of fun, however If you do this you will be waiting 30 days + before you see any real return of gold to your man account.  If you are looking to make gold to sell to gold buyers- stick to lgion farming.  if you want a low cost / low return gold stream for your main account.  WoD bots are a bit of fun and cheap if you get a ban.
 
If anyone has any additions / tips / tricks let me know and ill add them.

Everything you have mentioned here is a setting in the advanced options.... I recommend you check them over once again to make sure they are correct- aka sell greens, keep specific items, ignore fights in travel form etc.
 
if you still have an issue we will need the log file from the Bot session,  it will tell us what your settings are and If the bot has a problem selling items / fighting mobs it will be proof for review.

With the exception of automated Ah sniping - Anyone that can say they make 100K PROFIT an hour is likely full of it...More-so if they are 100% AFK botting.  That or they are making 20K in 12 minutes and saying " ... at this rate its 100k / hour OMG SO GOOD GUYZ!!" .
Either way 100K / hour is unlikely to be sustainable for hours on end as the market you are selling into will likely get saturated.
I still think botting with gathering profs is still the best for gold/hour.  My bots are mainly leather / herb farmers that run at 6-7K an hour and at the moment i run them 7-10 hours a day.  so im just above your 40K mark you think it a little low.  Majority of the mats i have go through a bank alt account and onto the AH.  I do have a handful of AH goblins who take bulk leather off my hands directly at 85% market price ( which means i dont show up on the AH with is nice).  At this point i have been running the same 5 accs since november last year.
Craft profession skills are nice- but at that point you are actually playing the game and not botting.  I know a lot of the Ah goblins i sell to take my mats to directly flip then into Oblit / Enchanting shards at a reasonable margin.  however that's hard to automate, im much happier to have my bots not making top dollar, but being reliable income which is easy to manage.
The better question is: if you DONT do gathering... how are you going to make the big money you are after in this game with botting?
I do RMT.  my gold buyer is paying $0.06/ K on most of my servers which means on average each bot is pulling in US $0.40 /Hour.  All up $2 / hour... After i pay my power bill i am left with some free magical internet money, certainly not going to be quitting my day job tho.

there is no framework for buying ammo within wrobot.  I made a quester which directs the bot on what to do dependant on how many arrorws it has in its bags as a workaround.  The profile is for alliance 10-30 that starts in Elwynn.
Its a grind pulse with an iscomplete condition dependant on having less than 200 arrows.  once thats competed the next pulse is an interact with NPC with a buy LUA code to buy more arrows.   the NPC is a specific arrow vendor.  The quests's complete condition is arrows > 800.  once that quest is done it reloads the profile and the bot goes back to grinding till it has <200 arrows.
Depending on what level you are will determine what grind spot you will get pulse'd to and i think this profile only works with the lvl 10 arrows.

battlenet account- is just the username you would use to log in normally... leaving the default "WoW1" account name works for me.

Use like the use item on weakened mob- you need to modify the item ID and Quest ID for your quest.

anyone will be taking out their ass witout the profile to actually look at.
My guess is the profile obectives are 8,8,1,1.  where 1,1 are the two bosses and 8,8 are the two different mobs.  however the actual quest completion structure is 1,1,8,8.  aka the bot things it need to get the "kill boss count" to 8 ( which it can never do).
 
make sure thats in order... if it is upload the profile and a screenshot of the quest objectives through the WoW client.

Just a feature request to make a mode either grinder or quest pulse to clear a path (attack before being attacked) for ALL npc's within a configured range while following a path,
 
Reason being is with grinder the bot will always move towards the nearest mob and i notice the bot will spend extended periods of time in a single location if the respawn rate is fast.  Even if you put a large area and amounts of pulse points it will sometimes spend a lot of time in a single location which can look suspect.
If it was following a path it would move around a lot more and look less bottisht.
Also a mode like that would be helpful for instance farming lower level raids.

Would also add "me in move" to Stampeding Roar so you dont cast it as you get out of combat / loot.

With the fight class editor modify the spell  "stealth" or "prowl" add the special option " me in move = true" or something like that.  that way it will only use stealth once its looted and running to the hext mob.. ( in most cases)

Way to turn if off is to change the food% to 1... pretty much means to bot will pull till it dies tho.

Looks like the profile has a spot which is in the sky...  Look at the Z axis co-ords- 7 yards above.  Maybe you jumped while recordig the path.
Open the profile in a notepad and remove the lines of co-ordinates that are near the below numbers.
