Dungeon profiles will (almost) always be a quester.  All the dungeon profiles currently up use questing as the framework. Its FAR FAR easier to control  a bot through instances with Quest pulses and IsCompleteObjectives.
 
You can bark for support and help all you want... if you dont tell people what you are actually trying to do, or give examples of the profile your working with, you are going to fall short.

I need a way to tell the bot to change current food/drink item in Regen module to specific item.
Example: I set regen to use lvl5 manadrink at 5lvl. i'm now 20 lvl and 5 lvl mana drinks are little too low so i want to tell the bot to change Regen item to something better like Melon Juice

I post a small new for say that currently I work principly on "Relogger" application (you can look screenshot in this post).
I took a little delay on the support (on the forum) and for fix the bugs on WRobot for private server, I'll catch up when "Relogger" is realesed (soon :)). After it, I'll start to work on Legion.

Interesting solution, I'll probably use that for now, thanks dreamful.
Having it in the fight class would be preferable, we'll see if Droidz gives us a solution while we use your workaround. 

You want this 5.4.2 support for Warmane correct ? If that's the case then Droidz shouldn't bother as that realm is going to be updated to 5.4.8 on 26th of January.

To summarize, for the GoTo steps:
In quest type put "FollowPath". Put "True" at the option "Not required in quest log". Put "ObjectManager.Me.Level >= 6 && ObjectManager.Me.Level <= 10" at the option "Can condition" (replace 6 by the min level of next  zone, and replace 10 by the max level of next zone). Activate option "Current quest completed when at the latest position.". Record the path from previous grind zone to the next grind zone.

For a 1-60 click i would use a quester profile.
Create multiple "killandloot' quests.. and set the max level for each 'quest'  select "is grinder-not quest" for each of them.  As the toon levels it will reach the max for each 'quest' and move onto the next one.  
getting the bot to move from westfall > wetlands would be a pain IMO.. i would just look for a spot in duskwood > north STV > South STV, these are not massive movements so the bot should manage.  That will get you 1-35.  
Then make a second profile Feralas > 1Kneedles > Tanaris > Ungoro > Sithilus.  That should do 35-60
As Driodz said you will need to manually get the character to the next starting spot, but the bot will be doing 99% of the work anyway.  Its not a 'one click', more of a '2 click' but if you plan to share it here a 1 click will have so many people/noobs starting it and leaving it running for 20+ hours and getting banned.
