You're not supposed to use free profiles. You're supposed to make your own (like absolutely everyone who knows anything about botting does), because sharing with people creates bot trains and will get you banned.
In 2016/2017 there were basically no paid fight classes at all. People still botted just fine using the fightclass editor - which I agree could use some work (because it was created for MoP and backported to other expansions later).
HumanMasterPlugin came out by the end of 2017. It's not even 1 year old and only works for the first 3 expansions. I personally started using wRobot for MoP and was fine using grinders (in Quester product) where food was set for a level range of ~5, using wRobot's normal food buying by just adding only 1 vendor and repair to the profile and limiting wRobot to them. That's how I came up with the free food and drink plugin (I essentially used that code in quester).

Obviously I think my plugin is useful and so are my fightclasses. But these are things most private grinders had beforehand anyway - it's just stuff that helps with laziness.
If you've ever botted outside of wRobot you know that the framework it provides is already pretty damn good. You will never see another HonorBuddy (it was an actual company with paid developers and they paid their community devs because they appealed to the masses) and if you compare wRobot to Glider or Pirox, it's doing damn well.
For most people here botting is a business. Which makes it a competitive scene. It's actually (considering the community's small size) a miracle people are still this nice and are sharing that much stuff and code for free.

I'll tell you guys a funny botting story, that only boters will understand, i guess. True story btw.
Back in 2008-2009 when wotlk was released i was using WowMimic for grinding. It was decent cheap grinder back then and skinning was profitable. The bot was only able to run in circle (no pathfinder, only moveing from point A to point B, to C and so on) and spam 1, 2 , 3 buttons. We were using macrosses instead of rotation and bot was just spamming button 1 each second, button 2 each 5 seconds and button 3 each 15 seconds or someething like that. Bot was also able to sell stuff to a vendor and mail the rest to the alt. Just so you understand how shitty it was.
There was no mail checking by GM's back then, so, as you may guess, everyone was sending things to an alt and then sell it. Everyone except me, because i was paranoid (and moron, even more then i am now). Instead of runing 30+ bots and mail loot to an alt, like everyone did, i was running like 5 bots and was selling everithing myself with every bot. By hands..
And then one day chinese developers (or whoever they was) made an update for bot (and you was not able to reject update of your bot back then). With the new update, for some reason, instead of mailing to an alt bot was sending an empty ticket to GM (rofl). During one day hundreds of bots have "reported" themselves. It was so fucking funny, that i am laughing every time i remember this. Bot that spam tickets to gm, i can't even imagine how to do that on purpose.
The forum was flooded with rage of the guys who have lost theyr farms, or was not able to bot and mail to an alt. And there was "smart" me, who was laughing at them all and giving advices like: "You should never mail to alt in a first place, because this way they may ban all you bots in one go, just by mail check" and so on.
They was not even answering back then, and only after like year or two i counted that they were farming tones of gold with automated process almost without bans, and i was sitting there as slave with my shitty 5 bots, farming my 500$ per month, doing half work by hands and thinking how smart i am.

Most of the people giving stupid advice like the person above your comment use the bot to run 1 client at a time to level their random char to 60 while they babysit every second and waste their lifetime. This is not what a bot with up to 10 sessions was designed for and they would be better off just handplaying lol ?

I think @Findeh's idea of them flooding ports on your LAN somehow before banning you seems the most reasonable. This would definitely an exploit in Warden though - it's absolutely not possible the way Blizzard (intentionally) engineered it.
That would explain why some people haven't gotten hit at all (luck + different network architecture) whereas people runnign several VMs are also safe.

It would just be so much better if you could spawn network adapters and route all traffic through them + still force WoW through a proxy. Maybe if someone took up mass-botting on a linux machine again this could work.

There will be a lot of text. Sorry in advance for my english, hope it will be readable without bleeding from both eyes.

Different clients don't work. I do that. Got 20 copies of wow. And i do delete them all after each ban and create new one. They are targeting lan, no doubt there.
The guy that runs "many" bots is clearly running like 3-4 per PC, or even less. Maybe even with VM, that's my guess to calm you )
Current solution - many network adapters or many vpn. It also seems that they are flooding the port from time to time. Maybe that's their check. My bots do disconnect atleast couple times befor ban, sometimes they can not even reach Wrobot server (according to the logs), so they clearly experiencing some short-time internet trouble. At the same time, bots at another PC with the same internet don't even disconect. So it's not internet globally, it's an only one adapter / pc problem.
P.S. Also, if there are really guys, who is running 10+ bots per pc with 1 network adapter, 20+ hours per day, without VM, and they are not affected by mass bans, i'd assume that they have some kind of inbuild proxy or NAT within their provider network, that is, somehow, protects them by not leaking their real local ip. For example, if you will have adsl connection, it's mostly using vpn during each connect. Lets asume they gather statistic "how many connects from local ip x.y.z.n were done". If you are running 10 bots with the same local ip, you will hit that filter very fast. If you are running like 3, maybe you will not hit it. And if you change your local IP often (like every 12 hours atleas, because you are running adsl vpn), maybe you will not hit that filter as well. So you may think you are superior, but in fact, it's just a coincidence or your provider network architecture.
It's just a theory, i'm not an network engineer or something, have no idea what i'm talking about )

    Hello,
1: For the player name I'll fix this problem, I added option to save window position, wait next update (option will be in tab "tools").
2: You can reduce window height and use mouse wheel to get access at all buttons of the menu without resize window.
3: It is because old versions will soon no longer working, I want than all users test the new version to report me eventual new bugs (to fix their) and tell me if they use more than 10 sessions before to be forced to use this.

Prices is not a problem if a product cost it. I do hope it will. Till that moment private servers bot functionality was a questionable things. There are tones of bugs that have not been fixed for years. Previousli it was oviously, privat servers were like secondary project with cheap price for bot, while bot for official realms was a main goal with higher price.
I really hope that from now on not only the prices will change, but we will also recive working meshes, elevators and so on as well.

I have over 100 XML settings files for WRobot. Here's how you can change all of them at once.
Run Windows PowerShell, navigate to the settings folder and do:
    Get-Childitem *.xml | foreach { rename-item $_ $_.Name.Replace("Elysium", "Lightbringer") } Enjoy

Findeh reacted to jrouten in The easy way to get coordinates of the "bad" pathfinder spot?
The problem seems to be that once the bot is within a certain distance of the current waypoint it's navigating towards (for example once inside 2 meters) it moves on to the next waypoint. The main reason for this is that the closer it gets to the point it is running towards, the more erratic it looks, trying to get "exactly" to the waypoint. The result of this, especially if the path is coming from the left or right of the doorway (not directly straight-in from the front), is that once it gets close to the doorway, it turns towards the next waypoint (inside the building) and runs into the doorframe or wall next to the doorway.
The best way to make the bot navigate better through doorways is to somehow add a waypoint that is a few meters directly in front of the doorway, and navigate to that point before turning towards the door.
In the attached image, figure 1 shows the current path behavior. When the path approaches the waypoint in the doorway, once it gets within X meters of the waypoint (the blue circle shows this range), it turns towards the next waypoint and tries to follow the orange dashed line.
Figure 2 shows what happens if you add a waypoint directly in front of the doorway.

I had similiar issues with the pathing where the bot took a working but rather unusual path (followed exactly the outline of a house...). Maybe a solution like @Droidz suggested could work for you aswell. Grab the point which the bot tries to use and overwrite it with a working point. Just add the snippet at the beginning of your profile within a RunCode block.
    https://wrobot.eu/forums/topic/2681-snippets-codes-for-quest-profiles/?do=findComment&comment=26713
Else you could try what @Matenia suggested and add a FollowPath step. Sadly this solution won't fit for any problem as you can't interrupt a running step. If you get stuck within a step the approach of @Droidz could work tho. If its a transition like get from A to B FollowPath does its job. If your FollowPath starts at a accessible location the bot can even move to the starting line without any issues. (Tick the "force start at beginning" in the profile editor)
