MultiVeinMiner Plugin

Overview
On private World of Warcraft servers where ore veins often overlap, mining bots tend to mount and unmount repeatedly—flying up to the sky after depleting one node and then flying back down to mine the next. MultiVeinMiner eliminates this frustrating behavior by intelligently suppressing all mounting actions while a cluster of veins is being farmed.

Key Benefits

  • No More Mount Spam: Prevents both ground and flying mounts from activating within range of an overlapping vein cluster, so your character stays on the ground mining until every nearby vein is exhausted.

  • Seamless Cluster Farming: Automatically detects all ore veins sharing the same ID within a customizable radius and mines them in succession without manual retargeting.

  • Performance-Friendly: Runs in a lightweight background thread, ensuring minimal impact on your bot’s overall performance.

  • Automatic Restoration: Once the vein cluster is fully mined, original mount settings are instantly restored so you can resume normal travel.

How It Works

  1. Initialization: On loading, MultiVeinMiner records your current mount preferences and starts monitoring your mining target.

  2. Cluster Detection: If your target is a valid vein, the plugin scans for all adjacent veins of the same type within a short radius.

  3. Mount Suppression & Mining: While veins remain, the plugin blocks any mount commands and directs your character from vein to vein—waiting for each to deplete before moving on.

  4. Cleanup: After the last vein is mined, MultiVeinMiner re-enables mounting and stops its background thread.

Installation & Usage

  1. Copy MultiVeinMiner.cs into your wManager plugins directory.

  2. In wManager’s plugin settings, enable “MultiVeinMiner.”

  3. Start any mining profile—MultiVeinMiner will automatically handle overlapping veins for uninterrupted farming.
