Arms pure 1.0

Here is Fight class.

Simple as a rock, must work good.

So it HAVE NOT charge in rotation, pummel and buffs exept Command Shout.

Created to put othe abilities and talens on separate buttons and control em well.

This fight class tries to Slam when you CSed target at low rage always. Slam and Heroic strike when over 80 rage (depends have u GCD now or not). All other option quite similar to other fight classes.

Contain no "Lua scripting" =)
