About This File
I've noticed none of the available Windwalker profiles have the artifact ability in the rotation, so I've added it.
Plus the difference from other profiles is that "Touch of Karma" is now used when you're lower than 30% of HP (assuming you grabbed the trait that makes ToK also heal you, it kinda makes sense) instead of being used off of cooldown, and "Touch of Death" is used on targets with more than 2 mil HP so the cooldown doesn't completely go to waste by being used on a 500k HP mob.
