What server is this?

A private server. To reset the dungeon, you need to find an NPC to buy a scroll, but the NPC's name, ID, shape and conversation content are random. How can I find him

With out knowing the server name , I can not do any test or provide any help. Your best bet would to clear your npc every restart.

Can WR detect the "重置副本" on the top of the NPC to identify it

Wrobot it self is just a path finder / extensive api. If you want something you have to build it. Or at least give us the name of the server so we can somewhat try to help. 

Can WR realize all NPCs in the dialogue area

Not by default, you’d have to build a plug-in for it.

You can use lua script to scan all the dialogue.
