Safe Camper Fight Class?

I was wondering, is there a way I can make a safe camper profile without going AFK? I know I can just park there, put his ID as only target and just sit there. But there are two problems, I can go AFK waiting and dc or get ganked.

 

For instance, to farm a rare and waiting for him on his spawn spot invisible, is there a way I can cast, lets say Shadowmeld as a night elf every cd (2min) without going into battle? I can add it to the rotation, but it will only cast during fight, and if he casts before mob is dead, it´s gone and it wont cast again since it´s not in combat anymore.

 

This would avoid AFK, or any other way possible ?
