Fight Class Editor Rend Issues

I have the fightclass set to use rend if buff time on target is less than 4000, however if it tries to use rend while rend is already on the target it spams it and never casts it. However if there is no rend on the target then it is casted fine. Any ideas?

Maybe check if Rend is on target?

It already checks if Target Buff Casted By Me = True and Buff Time Left Target = "Rend" and SmallerOrEqual 4000
