Ive seen the 1-60 lvling path where it changes zones, mobs etc. automatically, wouldnt it be possible to set up the same thing but with gathering instead? So it trains 1-75 gathers until 75 then train again and move to a different zone? If possible then how would one proceed?

You can do this by creating your own product or by using Quester and creating Quest steps to run to trainer and learn spells once you completed the required step.
