Is there a way to stop the generic AIO Fighter class (Wotlk) from casting a certain spell on my mage?

I want to blacklist the spell "Icy Veins" as its not working and my character gets stuck on trying to spam it. 

I've looked at the logs and its pulling the spell data from something called SpellManager below, how do I find where its pulling this data from so I can delete the spell?
