Bot does not sit and eat food when at desired health %. This is what the log says but it still doesnt eat. It just sits and waits for the health to reach 100%

Maybe it's obvious, but did you have the food in your bags, the option to eat it checked and typed the name correctly? With capital letters in the beginning of every word?
