has any one got a profile for fishing that equips weather beaten hat uses the lure and also use sharpened tuskarr spear i cant seem to figure it out

The hat you just put the name of it in the Lure spot and in theory it should work. I got it to use the MoP charm as a lure that way. 

 

As far as the spear goes there isn't any way i can think of to get it to use it.
