My anti-virus is deleting files

since i downloaded and install / update ( wrobot ) , my anti-virus is deleting flies and saying it's high risk , so are those files are actually viruses ? or is this normal and happend to most of people downloading wrobot ?

hello , i don't know what is white listed files on my antivirus , can you explain to me what is that ? and how to do it ?

It's basically just telling your anti-virus that the files are NOT a virus. What anti-virus do you use? I can help you whitelisting the files if you let me know which one :)

Should help you get it to work! You need to go to your Quarantine area and remove the files from there.

hello , i just disabled my norton and everything works great now , but i still got files on norton > quarantine area , should i just remove them from history ? or restore them ? or restore & exclude ? thanks alot

If you re-downloaded the files after you disabled Norton you can just remove them from history :)

sorry but im actually not very good in english , does "quarantine" means block ? because i re-downloaded wrobot and i did again install / update for wrobot , but the files on ( quarantine area ) i don't see them anymore on wrobot file , so should i click on restore ?

Sorry i was under the impression you had re-downloaded the files and got it working. Use the "Restore & exclude" option to restore the files it deleted :) Should also "exclude" it from being deleted again!
