I will have droidz ammend this, for now you will need to use dropbox or similiar, please make sure you have completely reinstalled wrobot, it is updated, and .net 4 client profile and c++2010 sp1 x86 runtimes are installed. If you are running windows8, make sure c++2012 U1 runtimes are installed.

wrobot root folder > Logs > newest date .html, add it as an attachment, (more reply options) > attach Files, browse to file attach this file. Please make sure it is the html version.
