work now, nevermind them.

ok problem is fixed, the reason was i have set the "wait after launch (in seconds)" factor too short, it was 5seconds, now i have set it to 10seconds and it works fine.

yeah ok thanks, this fixes my problem in this special case, but still the behavior that passive abilities in spellbook count as active buffs is not so nice since some buffs and passive abilities have equal names.
