I'm making a fight class for Windwalker Monk.  The mastery is that if you don't use consecutive spells you get a dps boost and a buff for a talent.  

One of the main spells is Blackout kick, which is kind of a filler spell to spend chi (the combo points of monks), and it has a proc to spend it for free.  

Is it possible to have the rotation not use blackout kick consecutively? For example Blackout kick, Tiger's palm, blackout kick, other spell, blackout kick.

Is there a way to set up multiple wrobots running on 2+ accounts at the same time.  

My goal is to RAF accounts, and have 3+ characters running around grinding individually in a party, instead of 1 killing and 2 following.
