WRobot Unlimited Subscription (10 sessions) this stand in my purchases but when i write my key, it comes an error message with: inactive licence key, please renew your subs.

Hello, I logged in after 6 month i was not playing WoW. I bought a lifetime subscription, but now in my purchases there is nothing, i opened a ticket but i didnt get an answer. I cant use wrobot. Are you guys scamming?
