Where are the advance general settings at? I feel like ive been searching the program for a while now

Im running the grinding bot on a 2.4.3 server and there is no food/water option so my toon is running around with no mana killing stuff slow. is there any way someone could walk me though where to find the options to add the eating feature.  This is all i see
