The Bot is using the right food at the right health percentage but doesn't stop eating.

I used the "Feiner alter Cheddar" as example. (http://de.wowhead.com/item=3927/feiner-alter-cheddar)

Do you have this buff when you use food? http://de.wowhead.com/spell=1129/essen

ps: if you can wait next update and tell me if your problem is resolved.
