Hello, this function has been removed in Legion and replaced by UnitIsTapDenied.

To check that in WRobot: 

wManager.Wow.ObjectManager.ObjectManager.Target.GetUnitDynamicFlags.HasFlag(wManager.Wow.Enums.UnitDynamicFlags.TapDenied);
