Blacklist after die

I checked blacklist after die. Then i die in a zone. After that i open "Black List Editor" but no zone is insert in blacklist. Why?

    Do you have try to activate radar3d (tab "Map") to check if zone are not blacklisted?

    I die now and on 3d Radar with blacklist i can't see these blacklisted region
