General Settings window no longer resizable

Hello, general settings window was never been resizable

It used to be. I resized it once and now it's stuck in a small window.

Doesn't seem to help. No other window has this problem.

I also tried downloading a new, fresh installation of the bot. It still shows an incorrectly sized window frame regardless of the compatibility settings I use.
