Need help with my WR

Today I came across a peculiar situation. My wrobot started to close after a few seconds of use.

  

It didn't report any errors. It just disappears and stops working

  

I disabled everything. From the anti virus to my firewall

  

And in the last instance I reinstalled windows but the problem remains
Are there any options in the game that I have to change?

    In the log file you have error :

    You don't open several times WRobot with the same key (at the same tiime) ?
