[Pet Battle] Using NPC to heal fails

When all pets are dead, it paths to the NPC (really wish it would fly instead of run) and opens the dialog. But it fails to select the heal pets option, just keeps opening the dialog box over and over.

If I click the heal dialog, it selects ok just fine and works.

    This one it would open up the "Lost pets" option instead of the heal pets.

     

    Do you depend on the dialog boxes being at a certain location on the screen?  Because I've moved mine around.

    Depend of npc menu organisation (in dialog box).
     
    Can you send me screenshot of dialog box please (My character is in horde faction, I cannot interact with Kennen).
