I looked, it is not bug. Adder as probably same id of npc researched on your profile. As you have say on your post, you need to set up target npc level in profile creator.

Uploading profile, while I am no longer using this profile, and have modified the rest of mine to kill mobs with level >25 for this reason, you can see the npc id is not included.  I Did convert this profile from MMOLazy, not sure if that caused an error or not.
