WR window can't display

I download all required programs and closed firewall,but WR window  can't display.This log was the first time I click WRobot.exe.I try to click WRobot.exe after I use updater,the window still can't display and there is no logs any more.

I download WRobot from your website,after install,there is no log at all.It bothers me for about 2days, I had downloaded WRobotRepairTools.exe,it says server seem blocked or down,disable your antivirus and firewall,but I close them all.

I had  read other posts about this bug,they have same problem as mine,no logs.

I disable all my programs,I didn't even install antivirus,it seems no solution,thanks for your help.

I am sorry, I don't know why WRobot don't works on your computer.
