My shaman is still auto attacking. As soon as anything is melee range it wont cast anything except healing surge. Any Ideas?

Also doesnt drop Searing Totem.

if its possible to remake this profile plz,auto attacking is mele range not a cast range,im a newbies and i cant to create a new profiles :(
