This is a very simple grinder, It will continually farm Shakes O'Breen <Blackwater Raiders> which rewards 5rep a kill
You will get an average of around 325 kills an hour giving 1625 rep an hour.
I highly recommend you keen an eye on the bot while it farms. As this NPC does give quests and you will see a lot of levelers pass by.
