Having trouble coming up with IP address and PORT

I'm using proxycap as mentioned in the following forum: 

I'm stuck on the part where it says type in your IP address and port, i don't know of any to type in and am having trouble finding/coming up with some

Go to command prompt and type in ipconfig and press enter , under default gateway there stands your ip. 

Try with port 80!
