Need help on restarting bot

I got an issue, the bot sometime just fly towards the sky and keep on spinning. Sometimes the mob is on my back but my char will still cast spell and fail. 

Can someone teach me to make 2 conditions to restart bot.

1. No gather for 5 mins, bot restart

2. cast same spell for 20 times.
