Grinder profile problem

I'm trying to edit a grinder profile thats already exist, it's working perfectly but, i put on the NPC list the vendor that i want to my pj go when his bag is full, but he always go to another Vendor (In the Private server that i play this vendor doesnt work propperly)

 

What can i do? :(
