Help for Druid feral (tank) simple fight class

Good morning guys,

as the topic says, i'm in trouble with my fight class for druid tank.

My problem is the Dire Bear Form spell, sometimes during fight he switch in normal form,

I set dire bear form in this way (see attached jpeg).

Another thing: there is a way to automatically turn the crystallized into eternal?
