Is the Blacklist working? If so, how is it exactly working?

Hello again,

I have added several mobs to the Blacklist and still the character keeps attacking them, when he harvests a node and the mob comes close. Shouldn't the blacklist completely remove attacking any blacklisted mob? Or how is the blacklist working?

Looking forward to a complete disabling of combat :)
