If there is no npc where you can turn in quest, just question mark on the right hand side of the screen. How can I solve it with quester?

Either use a addon like quickquest

or you can use (hold the mouse over the box)

/run print(GetMouseFocus():GetName())

and then make an runcode clicking the box and then clicking "complete quest"
