Is there a way to use Flight master's whistle in a profile?

Use Quester.

Just add this:

<QuestsSorted Action="RunLuaCode" NameClass="RunMacroText("/use item:141605")" />

Works with other items too, just look up the ID on wowhead and change it with 141605.
