Hey how do i set up a skill to cast if runic power is at or above a certain percentage? is this possible?

search for Runic Power under "Conditions" and put in the percentage

its not based of percentage though its raw value judging from the other Blood DK Profiles

and whats the problem about that?

You cant specify [Use Skill > 75% Runic Power] as different traits adjust runic power levels so it would have to be adjusted specifically for each person who uses the combat profile im creating.
