Is Complete Condition

Quest requires using an item on mob. After using the item, a new mob with new id spawns and is friendly. I need the quest to complete after the mob is spawned. Was thinking 

return ObjectManager.GetNearestWoWUnit(GetWoWUnitByEntry(38739));

But that wouldnt work. Any input?
