Solutions

  1. loves2spooge's post in Wrobot Error during Hook test was marked as the answer   
    Open the Launcher and not the game, in there you can change your preferences to reflect which Direct X you are running. Switch to the one you are not using. ie if ur using 9, switch to 11. Try this, see if it helps.
