LochModan.xml Have not tested this at all but it only is going to do the quests out side of  caves.

WestFall.xml Have not tested this at all but it should do all the alliance quests in the town.

Hillsbred.xml Have not tested this at all but it should do all the alliance quests in the town.

It will keep Shield and renew on you as well as shadow pain on the enemy while in combat and spams smite. and  when you get below 65% hp it will use lesser heal.

It will use frostbolt to agro and then use it again when the debuff wheres off. then when a mob gets next to you it will use the frozen spell to freeze them and then blink away. Uses firebolt to kill.
