    The addon uses the Ace3 library which does have a version compatible with TBC. I don't see why it wouldn't work.
    Be warned though, the addon is dated so some of the replies are pretty dated as well. It has specific references to glider. I'd spend some time and edit the replies to make it more human.

    There's an old addon called ChatAce in the downloads. It's a chatbot of sorts, and you can program responses to things that get whispered to your bot. I posted in the comments how you can fix it since it was posted without some of the required files.
