Pet always getting set to Stay not follow

no thats aggresive vs defensive ? when playing manually i allways have pet on follow unless in buggy instance -
Annoying bug ? tried multiple fight classes etc but my pet always ends up getting set to stay which creates a delay on attacking new mob forcing melee all the time ?
