Billdozer 0 Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 I'm looking to use Hemorrhage and Cleave at the same time on a private server. They have separate global cooldowns so they can be used simultaneously. I tried to do global cooldown enabled > false on Cleave but that didn't seem to work for me.
