Add more id in same quest

I was making a new profile in the start area and saw the same quest have multible id's (One for each class)

 

The quest was:

Beating Them Back!

Quest id:

28763
28766

and possible even more (Only tested it with 2 classes)

Then i continued to the next quest - and the same problem again, it have multible id's
