Bot not working for Vanilla

All the profiles just run straight into a wall and i have just paid for the Bot and profiles to use. Can this be resolved so i can use the software i paid for? Thanks in advance.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
