j ai un bug login sachant j ai une clé valide jusqu' au 2016 décembre

je ne peux pas me connecter ca me dit error login Alor que encore hier ca marchais maintenant ca ne veut plus fonctionner aider moi svp

j ai déjà desactiver le antivirus ca marche pas donc a vous de regler mon souci plz
