Error after restart wrobot

Sometimes i've the error:

[E] 01:06:15.107 - Quester.Bot > Pulse(): System.IO.IOException: Процесс не может получить доступ к файлу "D:\BOTs\WRobot 3.3.5\Profiles\Quester\Cache\PartyLvling 3.3.5.xml.cs", так как этот файл используется другим процессом.

It very bad, coz if it happens in the night - all night-morning bot dont work... The bot is start working only when i push the start button at the bot. Mb with plugin i can resolwe the problem?
