Raid groups API support

This probably has been already suggested BUT

Currently you can't get a character to do anything about other groups than the one you're in (correct if i'm wrong). This is mostly problem when healing in battlegrounds or trying to create a multiboxer (just leaked my plan...)

TLDR; Basicly i'm asking for official raid support since wManager.Wow.Helpers.Party doesn't support other groups than the current one you're in
